About Our principles

Six commitments.
One standard.

These principles shape how we scope, deliver, and report on every engagement. They also explain what we will not do.

01 / How we work

The commitments
behind the work.

01

Understand before approaching

We learn how you win business, who your best clients are, and why, before we contact anyone on your behalf.

02

Your name, your approval

Targeting and messaging are approved by you before outreach begins, and again whenever they change.

03

Opportunities, not activity

Progress is measured in opportunities your team has approved, not in emails sent or meetings booked.

04

Evidence before promises

The opportunity count, delivery window, and fee are set from your sales process and economics.

05

Clear boundaries

We create the conversations. Your team owns follow-up, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

06

Honest feedback

Every decision and every reason for rejection is recorded, and it shapes the next round of work.

02 / What we will not do

Lines we
do not cross.

Some requests would make an engagement easier to sell and harder to deliver well. We decline them.

  • Promise revenue, sales, or closed deals. Those depend on your team and your buyers.
  • Offer a standard package before we understand your market.
  • Send outreach you have not approved.
  • Accept a count your market or your team’s capacity cannot support. If the evidence does not support an engagement, we will say so.

Discuss
your market.

Tell us who you want to reach, how you win business today, and what would make a new opportunity worth your team’s time. A short note is enough.
