A project team walking a cleared building site

How we work How we engage

From first conversation
to agreed scope.

Every engagement follows the same shape. The details, including the count, window, and fee, are set around your business.

Starts with
A conversation about your market
Scope set from
Your sales process and economics
Runs on
A shared record of decisions

01 / The engagement

Six stages.
No surprises.

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

We learn what you sell, who you want to reach, and how you win business today, and decide together whether a closer look makes sense.

  2. 02

    Diligence

We map your sales process, your current sources of business, the value of a new client, and the market you want to reach.

  3. 03

    Working scope

We draft a scope covering the opportunity count, delivery window, fee, buy box, responsibilities, and how decisions will be recorded.

  4. 04

    Review and agreement

You and your colleagues review the scope. We revise it until the open questions are answered and everyone is working from the same document.

  5. 05

    Launch

You approve the target audience and messaging. Outreach begins and conversations are arranged with your team.

  6. 06

    Delivery and refinement

Your team records a decision after each held call. That feedback shapes the next round, and progress is reported against the agreed count.

02 / What we ask of you

A good engagement
needs both sides.

The work depends on your team as much as ours. Before an engagement starts, we will check that you can commit to:

  • Time during diligence to explain how you sell and what a good client looks like.
  • Honest evidence about your sources of business, sales cycle, and results.
  • Prompt approval of targeting and messaging.
  • Capacity to take calls, and a decision recorded after each one.

Discuss
your market.

Tell us who you want to reach, how you win business today, and what would make a new opportunity worth your team’s time. A short note is enough.
