A shared record

01 / How delivery works

One approval.
One opportunity.

We arrange conversations between your team and prospects who fit the agreed target market. Your team takes the call, applies the buy box, and records whether the prospect is worth pursuing.

Each approval counts towards the agreed number. The engagement is complete when that number has been reached within the agreed terms.

02 / The standard

What counts,
and what does not.

Counts as delivered

  • A held call with a prospect in the agreed target market
  • Assessed by your team against the agreed buy box
  • Confirmed by the named approver as worth pursuing

Does not count

  • A positive reply or expression of interest
  • A meeting that is booked but has not taken place
  • A held call with a prospect outside the agreed criteria
  • A prospect your team decides is not worth pursuing

03 / Responsibilities

Clear ownership
at every step.

01

We own

Research, approved outreach, arranging conversations, and keeping the shared record current.

02

You own

Taking the calls, applying the buy box promptly, and recording each decision with its reason.

03

After approval

Follow-up, proposals, negotiation, and closing remain with your team.

04

Together

Reviewing progress against the agreed count and deciding what to change when the evidence calls for it.

04 / Keeping pace

Diagnose before
adding volume.

We track conversations held, decisions made, and the reasons behind each rejection. If the same reason repeats, the cause is usually the targeting, the message, or the criteria, and we fix it before increasing activity.
